Expert care for dry & damaged hair

There are a number of solutions that can help strengthen and improve your hair health, texture and volume.

Shampoo and conditioning

When it comes to shampooing and conditioning dry and damaged hair, it is best to use a moisturizing one, which is specially formulated for dry & damaged hair. Wash your hair every alternate day and avoid using too much shampoo. However, use more conditioner than shampoo and focus on massaging it into the middle and ends of your hair. Allow the conditioner to work for about 10 minutes or so and then rinse your hair well.

Air drying and brushing

To prevent any more damage to your hair, allow it to air dry rather than using a blow dryer. By doing so you can protect it from damage due to heat and your hair retains moisture better and for longer. It is also important that you use a brush or comb with gentle bristles on your hair to avoid pulling and breaking. While sleeping, use a sleep cap or tie your hair up in a way that it does not get damaged.

Deep treatments

Mix coconut oil with two egg yolk into a smooth mixture. Apply and massage it into the hair and then cover your hair with a warm towel. After about 20 minutes, wash it off with shampoo and get clean, beautiful and healthy hair.

Protect your hair

If you are outdoors for a long period of time, it is advisable to use to protect your hair with the help of a hat or bandana. Remember to use hair friendly accessories, which will not get tangled easily in your hair and pull on it as well. This can prevent unnecessary breakage.

Apart from these, you should also trim your hair to keep it in good condition. With the right care, dry and damaged hair can be maintained easily.
